Spend ~30 minutes on your first day of school to input your class schedule into this dashboard and then you’ll be good to go 👌

Here’s a quick walkthrough of how to use this page.

Inputing Class Information

1. open the page

2. enter in the information for all the courses you are taking, including professor name, course code, email, URLs, etc.

   feel free to change the name for the example courses since they are already organized 🙂

3. in each course folder, create a new page for each lecture, along with the date of the lecture

4. click the assignments tab, create a new page for every assignment, along with the due date.

   you can also include exams as assignments! (midterms/finals/quizzes)

   

5. return to the main dashboard and link the “🍏 school” tab to your school’s blackboard/website.

   1. highlight school
   2. type “ctrl/cmd + k” to open up the linking tool
   3. paste school URL

6. at the weekly agenda, input your class schedule along with any recurring weekly activities or obligations that you don’t want to miss, ie. workouts, volunteering, research labs, job or work, religious gatherings, intramural sports. this should be a flexible schedule, just stay organized!

   

7. favorite the page in the top right corner so it’s easily accessible in the sidebar.

   

8. add a Notion widget to your mobile device to quickly access your dashboard at any time on the go so you always have your school planner with you

   

9. you’re all set! happy studies rookie

Using the Calendar
